Johanna is 5, and I am really sad! I am having a super hard time dealing with her getting older. As I was cleaning up her room tonight, I got all choked up looking at all her sweet baby dolls. I kept thinking, will she still like her babies when she goes off to kindergarten. I then proceed to look at pictures from her fourth birthday. I got even more emotional. I don't want my baby to leave me. Everyone says I should be so excited to have another child in school all day. I am not excited at all. I am going to miss my bum-around-town buddy. She can truly test me, but her naughty moments fade in comparison to her amazing moments! I am so thankful to have such a beautiful but tough daughter. She can hang with the boys just as easily as she can play baby dolls. I hope Johanna knows how much joy she brings into my life.

This year, I decided to make decorations for Johanna's party that could be used in her room after her birthday was over. There was no set theme, just pink and green as the main colors. Noah's Arc Birthday Parties came to our home to make stuffed animals with Johanna and her guests. Johanna and her friends had a blast!
